We have established small Client Care teams for specific regions so that when you call, there is a familiar voice on the phone that knows you.
We provide a monthly log to the store owner of issues that have come in and how they have been resolved.
We do NOT charge to speak to a Client Care Representative.
Our call center is currently open during regular business hours (9-5) Monday through Friday MST.
Ideas and feedback on our system are logged and attended to by programmers.
